my back hurts... no idea what happened...

think i sprained it while doing nothing at all...

lols.

anyways, my back hurt so much that i had troubles sitting down this morning.

paste a herbal strip on my back where it hurts.

lols i feel so restricted with my actions hahas (must bend/stood/sit down slowly)

hope that my back will be all better tmr. =)

oks i've wasted my life at home today.

Did nothing meaningful hahas. completed 1r1r4 mindmaps. and i have 1r3r4 more to go.

guess i'll just drag it... SS feels so ... -.-

anyways.. i guess mosquitos are roaming around -.- im smelling bygon now. No kidding.

anws read about the bygon incident i laugh like mad hahas.

helped my dad cook.. ended up burning some parts of my suppose-to-be-perfect egg. argh how i wish that the pan could be bigger so i can turn the egg with no problem.

hahas. anways it tasted good even if it was charred =P.

dinner was fulfilling =)=0

finally spa-ed after such a long break. (had to.. in hope that my back would turn out better..oh wells i'll see how it goes tmr =))
